We have made every effort to develop calculators that are as accurate as possible. The calculators were built keeping in mind specific applications. We reserve the right to stop offering any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or services are subject to change at anytime without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

We have built all the calculators and maths games hosted on this site ourselves using a combination of personal knowledge, AI, and knowledge from books. The formulas for the basis of the calculations are from publicly available equations or text books that are commonly used to teach students from high school to university. We have tested all calculators extensively by means of manual calculations using a scientific calculator, comparing results with other online calculators, and using free as well as licensed commercially available computing software to replicate our results. We have tried to recreate realistic scenarios and accurate calculations with our calculators but we cannot and do not promise, state, claim or guarantee that accuracy or completeness applies to all calculators or content on our website. Our calculators and information is provided on an “as is”, "where is" and "what is" basis without any claim of being factually correct or complete

6. Price and Payments

If and when products or services are payable, when You purchase Our Services, You authorize Us or Our third-party payment processor to charge Your payment method for any such purchases (plus any applicable taxes and other charges) that may be accrued by or in connection with Your purchase. You are responsible for the timely payment of all fees and for providing a valid method of payment. All prices, fees and any applicable taxes and other charges are payable in Indian Rupees. When You initiate a purchase transaction for the Services, You will be asked to provide customary billing information such as Your name, billing address, debit/credit card information, etc. You may also need to provide additional information to verify Your identity before completing Your transaction. If You are completing the purchase using a third-party payment processor, that processor’s terms and conditions apply to Your payment transaction. The credit/debit card/UPI/ Wallet payment/bank account information is not received, stored by or retained by Us. This information supplied by You directly to the appropriate payment gateway, which is authorized to handle the information provided by You and is compliant with the regulations and requirements of various banks and institutions and payment franchisees that it is associated with under the relevant laws prevailing in India. The final tax invoice will be issued by Us and delivered to You along with the order. Due to standard banking procedures, once You have placed an order that You are paying for by credit or debit card or net banking or UPI or wallet payment and Your payment has been authorized, Your bank or card issuer will “ring-fence” the full amount of Your Order. If Your Order is subsequently rejected by Us or cancelled for any other reason or any error has occurred while placing the order, Your bank or card issuer will not transfer the funds for the Order to Our account and will instead transfer it back into Your available balance. However, this may take between 2 to 5 working days (or longer, depending on Your bank or card issuer). You acknowledge and agree that We will not be responsible or liable to You in relation to this delay by Your bank or card issuer in transferring the funds back into Your account. You also warrant that the credit or debit card details or other payment methods that You provide are of Your own credit or debit card or payment methods and that You have sufficient funds to make the payment. All prices listed on the Website are correct at the time of publication; While We give great care to keep them up to date, the final price charged to You by Us can change at the time of delivery based on the latest prices. We also reserve the right to alter the Products available for sale on the Website and to stop listing Products. The total price for Products ordered, including delivery charges and other charges, will be displayed on the Website when You place Your order. Full payment must be made for all Products despatched.

7. Cancellation and refund policy

Currently, as all our products and services are offered free, the question of cancellation and refunds necessarily does not arise.

In no case shall Mathematiikka, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Additionally, should there exist an abuse of vouchers or discount codes, We reserve the right to seek compensation from any and all violators.

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
